Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 September 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and the travel services we provide. Please read them carefully before you book.

1. These terms

By using this website, contacting us, or booking services with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services. If you book on behalf of other travellers, you confirm that you have their authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

2. About Sensify and our role

Sensify is a travel curation business based in Lagos, Nigeria. We help you research, plan and book trips, and we arrange travel services provided by third parties such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, transfer companies and ground handlers.

Unless we clearly state otherwise in writing, we act as an intermediary or agent between you and those suppliers. We are not the provider of the flights, accommodation, tours or other travel services themselves. The relevant supplier's own terms also apply to your booking, and some suppliers require you to accept their conditions directly.

3. Enquiries and bookings

  • This website is for information and enquiries. Nothing on it is a confirmed booking.
  • An enquiry becomes a booking only when we confirm availability in writing and you pay the deposit or full amount we request.
  • We may decline an enquiry or booking, for example if a service is unavailable, if we cannot verify your details, or if we suspect fraud.
  • Information on this website, including destinations, itineraries and images, is illustrative and may change.

4. Prices, deposits and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency stated and are subject to availability at the time of booking. They can change before your booking is confirmed.
  • Prices may exclude visas, travel insurance, optional activities, personal expenses, and any taxes or fees charged locally.
  • We will tell you what deposit is required to secure your booking and by when the balance must be paid. If payment is not received on time, the supplier may cancel your booking and cancellation charges may apply.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Changes and cancellations

  • Cancellations by you. If you cancel, cancellation charges apply based on the supplier's terms, which may include non-refundable deposits or tickets and any services we have already arranged. Please contact us as early as possible.
  • Changes by you. Changes to dates, names or itineraries may be possible, subject to supplier rules and additional charges.
  • Changes by us or a supplier. Occasionally a supplier may change or cancel a service, or an event beyond our reasonable control (such as severe weather, strikes, civil unrest or a health emergency) may affect your trip. In that case we will tell you as soon as we can and help you find an alternative. Refunds are subject to the supplier's terms and applicable law.
  • Your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Travel documents, health and insurance

  • You are responsible for holding a valid passport, obtaining any required visas, and meeting entry, health and vaccination requirements for every country you visit, including transit points. Requirements can change, so please check with the relevant embassy or official authority before you travel.
  • We may offer general guidance, but we do not provide legal, immigration or medical advice.
  • We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, curtailment and repatriation from the moment you book.
  • You are responsible for arriving on time for flights and other services. We are not liable for missed departures, or for costs caused by late arrival or incomplete documentation.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate and complete information, and tell us promptly if anything changes.
  • Follow the laws of the places you visit, and the rules of your suppliers.
  • Behave respectfully towards other travellers, guides and local communities. Suppliers may remove you from a service if your behaviour endangers or disturbs others, and no refund will be due in that case.

8. Third-party suppliers

Travel services are provided by independent suppliers and may be subject to their own terms, conditions and liability limits. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions or failures of third-party suppliers.

9. Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your booking is limited to the total amount you paid to us for the service concerned.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost opportunities or loss of enjoyment.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Website use and intellectual property

  • The content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by us or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish or redistribute our content without our written permission.
  • You must not use the website in a way that is unlawful, that attempts to gain unauthorised access, or that interferes with its operation.

11. Accuracy of content

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is free from errors or omissions. Descriptions and images are indicative only and the actual experience may differ. Prices, availability and third-party information may change without notice.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve any issue quickly.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. The terms in force at the time you make a booking apply to that booking.
